Screen real estate is precious, and Quick Access makes it harder to see more files on your Drive at one time. It’s handy, but does take up about 2 inches of screen space and if you don’t use it much (or at all), it’s time to get rid of it!
1. In the upper right corner of your Drive, select the gray gear and a drop-down will appear.
2. Click “Settings”
3. Scroll down until you see “Suggestions” in bold on the left, and a check box on the right that mentions Quick Access
4. The box is checked by default, so uncheck.
5. Click the blue Done button and refresh the page. Instant space!
